We are seeking 4–5 dynamic and experienced Business Development Executives (BDEs) with a proven track record in selling online degree or diploma programs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience at institutions like UNXT, College Vidya, USDC, Univo, or Leverage Edu, and will be responsible for engaging leads, counselling prospective learners, and driving enrolments for our online PG Diploma program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Counselling & Conversion
Engage with pre-qualified leads generated through marketing channels. Counsel prospective learners on program benefits, career outcomes, and admission processes.
Drive conversions by handling objections, building trust, and showcasing program value.
Sales Closures
Own the complete sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
Coordinate with the academic counselling or field sales team to assist in deal finalization.
Relationship Building
Build long-term rapport with potential learners through consistent follow-ups.
Maintain high levels of empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
CRM & Reporting
Log all interactions in CRM tools with high accuracy.
Track performance metrics and share regular updates with the leadership team.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–4 years of ed-tech/online higher education sales experience.
Preferred Background: Prior roles at UNXT, College Vidya, USDC, Univo, Leverage Edu, or similar.
Sales DNA: Target-driven, persuasive, and resilient.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, and sales dashboards.
