Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector.
Conduct market research to identify target industries, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with HR heads, talent acquisition teams, and C-level executives.
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs.
Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals and presentations.
Track business performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.
Keep up with industry trends, including employment law changes, recruitment technologies, and workforce shifts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and deliver client-focused solutions.
High energy, proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
