Job Title: Business Development Manager – Events Industry

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 years in the events industry or a related field  
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Role Overview:
We seek a proactive and results-driven individual to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a sales, client relationship management, and business development background within the events industry or a similar sector.  

Key Responsibilities:  
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.  
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and event partners.  
- Pitch event solutions and group travel services to potential clients, tailoring offerings to meet their needs.  
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and event strategies.  
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.  

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the events industry or a related field (hospitality, media, experiential marketing, etc.).  
- Strong passion for developing long-term client relationships and industry contacts.
- Zeal for achieving and exceeding sales targets.  
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
