Role Overview:
We're hiring a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead Apsa's growth across premium hospitality venues. You'll directly engage with key decision-makers — including owners, F&B heads, chefs, and purchase managers — to build strong relationships and secure placements.
This is a high-ownership role that goes beyond sales — you'll also handle client servicing, account management, and on-ground feedback. We're actively looking for someone senior who can grow into a Manager or even Vice President role as the company scales. Key Responsibilities:
Pitch and place Apsa at premium restaurants, bars, cafés, and hotels
Meet and build relationships with key decision-makers
Manage client accounts and ensure regular reorders
Oversee product visibility, sampling initiatives, and on-ground activations
Maintain regular communication and reporting via MS Office/email
Share market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HoReCa, FMCG, or premium beverage sales
Prior experience in the mineral water or beverage industry preferred
Excellent communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi
Proficient in MS Office, email, and basic digital tools
Owns a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid license (preferred)
Confident, well-presented, and highly proactive
Compensation:
₹5–6 LPA + performance-based incentives + conveyance allowance
