Job Description
Responsibility:
To Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
To Identify new markets, clients and excellent understanding of Customer requirements
To arrange meeting with prospective clients.
To promote the company’s products/services.
Maintain record of sales, revenue, invoices, payments etc.
Build rapport and long term relationship with new & existing customers.
Build a strong sales team by training internal high potential employees and by hiring externally.
To protect organizational values by keeping information confidential.
To manage, lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly target and in addition to support the company’s Director in strategic planning & management for expansion of business.
Must have FMCG/FOOD & BEVERAGE/(HORECA-HOTEL, RESTAURANT,CAFETERIA,CAFÉ) INDUSTRY Proven Experience.
Requirements
Proven working experience on a senior sales leadership role within minimum of 5 years or more
Proven sales track record ideally in the Hotel & institutional industry
Proficiency in MS-office
Proficiency In English & maths.
Expertise in Textiles will be added advantage.
Team Player that thrive in helping others to succeed.
Strategic thinking & problem solving ability
Excellent Market knowledge
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with Sound negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with team
Time management & planning skills
Graduate/MBA in sales or relevant field.
Candidate should have personal Car/Bike
Candidate should be Local Resident of Bangalore and proficient in local language (Kannada).
Candidate will be in field for most of the time.
Able to travel outside areas of Bangalore frequently to meet existing & new clients.
Candidate’s 90% time will be in Bangalore.
Proven experience required in FMCG/FOOD & BEVERAGES/HORECA i.e. HOTEL, RESTAURANT, CAFETERIA, CAFÉ (Domestic) INDUSTRY.
