Job Title: Brand Strategy Manager
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years (Hospitality industry experience preferred)
Location: Sonepur, Saran, Bihar
 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Strategy Manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry to lead and execute our brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or strategic planning, with a proven ability to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to position the company effectively in the market.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Define and maintain brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to create compelling campaigns and guest experiences.
  • Drive brand storytelling through engaging content, partnerships, and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, customer feedback, and industry trends to refine strategies.
  • Oversee public relations and brand reputation management to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Develop and execute brand activation campaigns, events, and promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align brand goals with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and market trends within the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media strategy, and PR.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or travel industry branding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with branding tools, analytics platforms, and customer experience enhancement.
