Job Description

Regional Sales Manager : Responsible for Regional sales of Times Microwave products.. Includes direct key account sales responsibility, managing a sales rep network. Develop new business and new markets, Annual Budgeting, sales strategy planning, Sales Co-ordination with Amphenol sister divisions, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales growth of Times Military & commercial products.
• Direct key account development and sales responsibility.
• Develop and manage a sales rep network along with supporting a family of distributors.
• Identify and develop new markets and new customers.
• Collaborate with engineering on product design and new product introduction
• Manage expectations between customers and the company on lead times, expedites, and availability.
• Annual sales budgeting

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BE in ECE/ Electrical with a focus on business management preferred
• Minimum 12+ years experience in outside sales environment, age around 40 years
• Prior experience in selling RF products preferred

SKILLS AND ABILITY EXPECTATIONS

• Account knowledge in BEL, HAL, ISRO, DRDO, Telecommunications OEM’s Nokia, E// (Mobile, LMR, Private Networks), IoT, High Power Microwave, Industrial & Transportation
• Willingness to travel
• Knowledge of Forecasting and sales budget planning
• Experience with RF interconnect products, coaxial cable &/or related products
• Basic technical competence – comfortable discussing technical requirements such as RF electrical specs and mechanical requirements
•  Prior Experience in selling RF products mandatory
•  Knowledge in RF cable and connector preferred
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in RF Products mandatory
