Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Manager to drive partnerships with campuses, colleges, and universities. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding institutions for our Virtual Drives, Psychometric Assessments, and Admission Lead Generation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement cells, deans, and training & placement officers (TPOs) to onboard them for Erekrut’s virtual hiring drives.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pitch Erekrut’s Virtual Hiring Solutions to colleges, universities, and training institutes.
Psychometric Assessments: Promote and sell Erekrut’s Psychometric and Aptitude Tests to institutions for fresher recruitment and skill evaluation.
Admission Leads Generation: Collaborate with colleges to provide high-intent admission leads to universities and EdTech firms.
Revenue Growth: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting potential institutions into paid customers.
Strategic Alliances: Partner with career counseling centers, training institutes, and skill development programs to expand Erekrut’s outreach.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or EdTech Sales (2-5 years preferred).
Network: Strong connections in colleges, universities, and training institutes.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage long-term client relationships.
Independence: Ability to work independently and proactively drive sales initiatives.
