Job Summary: Career Launcher is seeking a highly motivated Quantitative and Logical Reasoning Aptitude Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching CAT aspirants and a proven track record of success in the CAT exam. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction, developing lesson plans, and helping students excel in quantitative aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering all quantitative aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics required for the CAT/CLAT/IPMAT exam.
• Conduct classroom sessions, online classes, and one-on-one tutoring as needed.
• Create and administer practice tests, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student progress.
• Provide detailed feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the CAT/CLAT/IPMAT exam pattern and syllabus.
• Develop and maintain a repository of study materials, practice questions, and resources.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular progress reports to management and students.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of CAT/CLAT/IPMAT exam patterns, question types, and difficulty levels.
• Excellent command of quantitative aptitude and Logical Reasoning concepts including but not limited to arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, probability, and data interpretation.
• Preference for candidates who have good score in CAT 23/XAT 24. 
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simplified manner.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms for delivering virtual classes.
• Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with other competitive exams such as GMAT, GRE, or other MBA entrance exams is a plus.
• Familiarity with the latest educational technologies and teaching methodologies.

Pay:      ₹5,00,000.00 Per Annum – 1st year

              ₹8,00,000.00 Per Annum – 2nd year

Mandatory Requirement: Weekend availability
