Job Description

Salesforce Architect:

12+ Years of experience as Salesforce Developer.
Experience in Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing cloud, financial Services cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Component, Omni studio, Platform App Builder etc.
conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
Review solutions and recommending improvements.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes.
Provide guidance on user story writing style.
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with Salesforce SMEs.
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
Collaborative project and workstream planning.
Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
Prepare and submit proposals to clients, showcasing our organization's portfolio and detailed project proposals.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new client opportunities and present proposals to secure new business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in training the Juniors and freshers in the salesforce development.
Relevant Salesforce Certifications are required.

Offer Terms

6 months contract period renewed based on performance.
As there is Freeze period from 15 dec 2025 till 3rd Jan 2026. You are not expected to work, and you will not be billed during these days.
You will work 8hrs a day /40hrs a week. You will be billed for the hours you work.
You will not be entitled for any payment for the days which you don’t work.
Must be willing to work in SA time zone and SA holiday calendar as per IST 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
We expect the candidate to use his own laptop and network connectivity.
