Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
Manage candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct interviews, administer tests, and recommend candidates based on skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Ensure timely and efficient closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding & Orientation:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and tools for success.
Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and their roles.
Ensure all employment documentation is accurately completed and filed.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and operational matters.
Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and engaging employees in initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage HR administration tasks such as employee records, payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to labor laws, health and safety, and benefits.
Performance Management Support:
Support the performance management process by assisting managers with appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
Track employee performance and help identify areas for improvement or development.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Contribute to employee engagement efforts through surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building activities.
Work closely with managers to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
Assist in implementing employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and motivation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and operations.
Strong understanding of recruitment methods, HR systems, and employee management processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
