About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic B2B Sales Executive to manage designated clients, drive lead conversions, and strengthen existing customer relationships. This role requires strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a customer-first approach to accelerate growth in the pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Handling & Sales Growth – Manage & nurture relationships with designated B2B clients, ensuring smooth business transactions.
  • Lead Conversion Focus – Strategically follow up with potential leads to convert them into long-term business partners.
  • Existing Customer Management – Ensure proper handling of existing clients, resolving queries, and maximizing order volume.
  • Sales Performance & Revenue Targets – Drive monthly & quarterly sales goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Client Servicing Excellence – Deliver exceptional post-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure – Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Market Expansion & Competitor Research – Identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor strategies to stay ahead.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams – Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate (BBA/MBA in Marketing or Pharma background preferred).
  • Sales Mindset: Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead conversion, and client handling.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Fluent in English & Hindi, with persuasive speaking & negotiation skills.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with a solution-oriented approach for handling client concerns.
  • Creative Selling Approach: Ability to present ideas, analyze client needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Passion for exceeding sales targets & driving business growth.
