JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing (IVD)


JOB LOCATION: Kolkata

POSITION SUMMARY:

To develop and create sales strategies and ensure overall sales growth. Identify the target audience, promote products, and spread awareness across the territory. Contribute to increasing market share and boosting revenue flow in accordance with the company’s compliance.


JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify New Opportunities: Actively pursue business opportunities and generate sales leads within hospitals, diagnostic labs, and healthcare organizations.
  • Foster Key Relationships: Develop and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with key accounts.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Conduct routine follow-ups and maintain open communication to address customer needs and uncover potential business opportunities.
  • Negotiate Deals: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in compliance with company policies to secure successful sales agreements.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, client interactions, and product performance metrics.
  • Knowledge Base: Gain customer insights, address challenges, and refine sales strategies periodically.
  • Engage with Clients and Events: Visit clients, prospects, and industry events to strengthen relationships, understand market needs, and promote the IVD product portfolio.

CRITERIA:
  • B.Sc graduate (Biotechnology) or Bachelor’s Business Degree graduate.
  • Minimum 0-2+ years of experience in the healthcare and diagnostics industry.
  • Freshers with subject knowledge in biotechnology are also welcome.
  • Should be ready to work in the Medical Diagnostics Industry.

SALARY:

A competitive salary of ₹20,000-₹25,000 per month as a basic salary + incentives (upon sale), along with other DAs and benefits as per company norms.


OUR REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to travel across the territory (West Bengal, Orissa, and North-East) for sales calls.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Results-driven approach to meeting sales targets and KPIs.
