Position:  Company Secretary

 

Job Description

  •  Ability to manage end to end corporate secretarial activities for a portfolio of clients comprising of Listed Companies, Un-listed companies which may be Institutionally Funded or Foreign Subsidiaries or Family Owned or NBFC companies;
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of various corporate laws covering Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations & SEBI (LODR) Regulations
  • Adhering to the systems that ensure timely compliance management of the company & improvement in execution & delivery
  • Ability to take ownership & manage clients independently
  • Coordinating with various regulators and external agencies in the course of work
  • Should be well versed with MS Word, Excel & Power point.

Required Candidate profile:

  • Member of ICSI
