About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity by creating compelling designs that engage and inspire our audience. You’ll leverage your creativity and technical skills to deliver high-quality visuals across multiple platforms, from social media and newsletters to website assets and marketing collateral.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and innovative professional who thrives in a fast- paced environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through impactful design.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet business objectives.
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high- quality standards.
Provide design support for ad hoc sales & marketing needs as required.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall design strategy.
Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Desired Candidature
Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in relevant tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
ADD-ONS (WILL BE A PLUS)
Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and animations
Prior experience in a similar industry or sector.
Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
