We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with all GEM guidelines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification and Analysis:
Regularly monitor GEM portal for new tenders relevant to the company’s business.
Analyze tender requirements and assess eligibility criteria, scope, and technical specifications.
2. Documentation and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare and organize all required documents for tender submission, including technical and financial proposals.
Ensure all documents comply with tender specifications and GEM policies.
Maintain accurate records of all submitted tenders.
3. Tender Submission and Follow-Up:
Submit tenders on the GEM portal within specified deadlines.
Track and follow up on tender status, addressing any queries or clarifications from authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather data required for tender submissions.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with GEM regulations and company policies.
Provide regular updates to management on tender progress and outcomes.
Prepare reports on tender performance, including success rates and key insights.
5. Vendor Registration and Management:
Maintain and update company profile on the GEM portal.
Handle vendor registration and approval processes, as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in tender management, preferably on the GEM portal.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and GEM portal functionality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with earthmoving, construction, or material handling equipment tenders.
Experience in liaising with government agencies.
Job Location: Connaught Place, Central Delhi
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
