Business Development Associate Screening Questions

Job Description

Experience: Fresher or 1 Year

Location: Hybrid, Pune.

Shift Timing: 10:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Joining: Immediate to 15 Days.

Position: Business Development Associate or Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation And Outreach

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn Outreach, AI Tools.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Email marketing and campaign management.
  • Market research.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and demonstrations (when needed).

Sales Support

  • Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and contracts. (Good knowledge of MS Suite).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, database and client interactions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is appreciated.

Ideal Profile

  • B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Consulting and IT Services industry or Engineering.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of market dynamics in the US and Canada, North America.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and experience in international cold calling.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
