Profile: Salesforce Technical Architect
Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Description:-

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Translate business requirements into well-architected customized solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents programs and applications
• Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions
• Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, LWCs), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools), and complex data migrations
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Build and lead Development and Delivery Leadership and Solution Owner assets (e.g. offerings, standard methodologies, white papers, learning curricula, etc.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Strong background in the design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle Team Leadership:
• Manage a team of Senior Developers, consultants and Analysts
• Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day direction for a team of direct reports
• Assist in staffing consultants on client projects, matching consultants’ skills with client needs, supporting them in their career aspirations, and handling the performance feedback and annual review processes for direct reports.

Requirements:

• IT Experience: Min 8 years+
• Salesforce Experience: Min. 5 years +, Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations (especially salesforce flows and other std configurations) and Customizations (APEX coding, triggers, classes, LWC framework, Lightening Aura framework, etc)
• Strong experience in code reviews, salesforce best practice implementations, coaching and mentoring juniors
• Experience in supporting architects in salesforce discovery workshops with clients (to define scope and requirements)
• Strong and effective in communication. Should be well versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as core dev team will be at offshore
• Tech Lead Experience: Successful Implementation of 2-3 projects as a dedicated salesforce technical lead
• Complex Salesforce Development Experience is a must, Well-versed with Integrations (Inbound, outbound interfaces, REST & SOAP APIs) to define enterprise solutions along with Salesforce best practices
• Certifications needed: Admin Dev I, Dev 2 Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Nice to Have: Either the Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System’s architect
• Nice to Have: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience is a Must preferable on manufacturing domain (medical equipment) • Industry Cloud – Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service
• Experience in middleware – MuleSoft and Dell Boomi will be an additional advantage
