Candidate Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (HSC is also fine)
- Sales experience mandatory ( 0.6 - 3yrs of full-time role, excluding internship exp)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Open to Stretch and understanding working in start-ups/ed-tech industry (Work timing and working days)
- Immediate Joining
- Age below 32
Job Time - 10 AM to 7 PM ( Timing can be extended sometimes depending on the business requirement)
Working Days - Mon to Sat (Fix Sunday Off)
Job Location - 602, EcoSpace IT Park, Off Old Nagardas Road, Mogra Village, Mogra Pada, Natwar Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069.
Compensation: 3.5 - 5.5 lacs Fixed+ 6 lacs Incentives monthly

- Look for candidates who have made target-based sales who can explain their target vs achievement well
- Edtech would be the best fit, but other industries that have aggressive sales targets would also fit
- Should have well-connected calls per day as a metric, typically as per the industry standard of more than 80 per day
- Look for candidates who don't have to travel for more than 30 minutes by public transport. We have seen backouts because of the commute constraint
- Look for well-presented, well-groomed, and keen individuals who aren't looking for a stop-gap option in companies
