About the Role

As an Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and closing deals. You’ll leverage your SaaS sales experience to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious, and goal-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving client challenges.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and networking.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Own the full sales cycle – from discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiation to deal closure.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of Samaaro’s solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with prospects to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our Zoho CRM.
  • Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align efforts, share insights, and drive customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidature

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales (mandatory).
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals independently.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRMs, sales tools, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, who thrives in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to learnand adapt quickly.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Budget-CTC: 6LPA - 9LPA + Incentives
