We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Manager to provide essential support to our sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
Order Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, and coordinating with logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt after-sales support to foster strong customer relationships.
Sales Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales transactions, generate periodic sales reports, and ensure proper documentation is available for all sales activities.
Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and other internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics), ensuring smooth coordination and timely resolution of any issues.
Meeting and Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings, sales calls, and client appointments on behalf of the sales team, and ensure all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
Client Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with clients on order statuses, feedback, and any pending payments, ensuring all client concerns are promptly addressed.
Market Research and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform and enhance the sales strategy.
CRM and Sales Tools Management: Update and maintain CRM databases and other sales-related software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role within a sales environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management tools is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met.
