Job Role- Senior RPA Developer for HCL company

Job Description- As a RPA Developer you will provide solution design's to customers throughout the deployment and involve in testing and delivering technical training to the clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test automation workflows using UiPath.
• Verifying and leveraging appropriate UiPath components: Robots, Studio, Orchestrator
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs, and project implementation phase.
• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed.
• Develop workflows and custom activities using Vb .Net/C#.
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles
• Deliver technical training, demos, blueprints and provide the necessary support for new/existing clients.  
• Experience of working in UiPath growth products like Document Understanding, Action Center, AI Builder etc

Mandate & Must Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science/IT or equivalent Degree
• 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with a code development background
• Strong technical skills on UiPath, and end-to-end UiPath offerings.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing, implementing automation workflows in UiPath.
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with the RE framework.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Basic programming/Scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/java/C# script is a must (or any scripting language, python is a plus)
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR tools, AI/ML skills is a plus.
• Any Working Knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision,
• AI Center, and/or Action Center is a plus
• Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation, or Citrix Automation is a plus.
• Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus.

Relevant Experience should be- 4 to 12 Years

Salary- Upto 27 LPA max (30% hike max) 

Location- Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida

Set of Key Skills-  

Core Technical Skills:

1.     UiPath Expertise:

• Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath's advanced tools like Document Understanding, Action Center, AI Builder, etc.
• Knowledge of UiPath REFramework and workflow-based logic.

2.     Programming Skills:

• Strong skills in VB.NET, C#, and basic scripting (VBA, Python, Java, etc.).
• Ability to develop custom activities and modules.

3.     Automation Techniques:

• Experience with cognitive automation tools (OCR, AI/ML integration).
• Working knowledge of specialized automation areas (e.g., SAP, Mainframe, Citrix).

4.     Testing & Deployment:

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing cycles and debugging techniques.
• Ability to modify and optimize robot code during implementation.

Soft Skills:

1.    Communication & Training:

• Excellent communication skills for delivering technical training, demos, and client support.
• Ability to articulate and provide solution designs during POCs and deployments.

2.     Problem-Solving:

• Analytical mindset to identify and resolve workflow issues.

3.     Client Management:

• Ability to interact with clients, understand requirements, and provide ongoing support.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Knowledge of Other RPA Tools: Exposure to other RPA platforms.
2. AI & Machine Learning: Skills in AI Center and other cognitive capabilities.
3. Integration & Automation Frameworks: Experience integrating with external systems like SAP or Mainframe.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT, with 3+ years in RPA development.
• Strong foundation in workflow automation and UiPath tools.
