Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to contribute to the growth of our organization by connecting with potential and existing clients. The Tele caller will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing detailed service information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Explain company services and answer queries about features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain customer information and records of calls in the company database.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Persuade potential customers to purchase services.
  • Identify customer needs and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in (English, Hindi)
  • Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar tele calling or sales role is a plus.
