Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to contribute to the growth of our organization by connecting with potential and existing clients. The Tele caller will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing detailed service information.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers.
Explain company services and answer queries about features, pricing, and benefits.
Maintain customer information and records of calls in the company database.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Persuade potential customers to purchase services.
Identify customer needs and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in (English, Hindi)
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in a similar tele calling or sales role is a plus.
