Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Explain Fertility SIP / IVF Insurance benefits, coverage, eligibility and key terms.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate the product value effectively.
• Follow up regularly with interested prospects and work towards conversion.
• Handle customer queries, concerns and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer onboarding.
• Follow company processes, quality standards and insurance compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Experience in Health Insurance or Life Insurance is preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and the ability to explain products clearly.
• Strong convincing, follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-focused, confident and target-oriented approach.
• Good command of Hindi will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working from office at Sohna Road, Gurugram.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
