- Collaborate with business HR partners to develop compensation strategies that align with business objectives
- Administer and maintain compensation programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefits programs
- Analyze and interpret HR data to make informed decisions regarding compensation and benefits
- Partner with HR Administration to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation changes
- Provide guidance to HR teams on compensation best practices and market trends
- Support HR Human Resources in conducting job evaluations and salary surveys
- Communicate compensation policies and practices to employees and managers
- Stay current on industry trends and legislation related to compensation and benefits.
