Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Utilize teamwork skills to source and recruit top talent for various positions
- Collect and review resumes, conducting initial screenings and interviews
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations for recruitment purposes
