We're seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across various social media platforms. The role involves travelling to project locations to shoot content. It may include day travel to nearby cities as well.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms Create a content calendar that aligns with company goals, product launches, and key events.
• Content creation, including photography, videos, reels, and carousel posts, ensuring they reflect our brand ethos.
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and post copy tailored to the platforms.
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and direct messages to foster community building.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies.

Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products, store launches, and collaborations.
• Oversee brand storytelling through behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, showcasing the craftsmanship and design process.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to generate content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
• Plan and manage sponsored posts, influencer collaborations, and campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury interior market.

Brand Management

• Ensure all social media content aligns with the Evolve India brand image and voice.
• Work closely with leadership to communicate the brand’s vision and unique selling points effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
