Job Description:

SKYSOFTWORK is hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are passionate about sales, communication, and helping businesses grow through customized website and digital solutions. This role offers two options: salary-based or commission-based, depending on your preference and experience level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and online outreach

• Present and pitch our digital services (website design, development, etc.) tailored to client needs

• Focus on client sectors like restaurants, real estate, and other small to medium businesses

• Set appointments or close sales based on your track (salary or commission)

• Maintain and update lead records in CRM

• Achieve weekly/monthly targets

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies

• Provide feedback and reporting on client responses and market trends

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined

• Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or B2B outreach is a plus

• Basic understanding of website and digital services is desirable

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Compensation:

• Option 1 – Salary-Based: Fixed monthly salary + incentives

• Option 2 – Commission-Based: High commission per sale (ideal for freelancers or part-timers)
