Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
• Conduct meetings with prospective clients to present company offerings and propose
tailored solutions.
• Handle end-to-end sales activities including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure post-sale support and
satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts for internal review.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development and timely delivery of client
solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Key Requirements:
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in ERP sales or business development.
• Strong lead generation and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability and willingness to attend sales meetings and client visits outside the office.
• Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MB
