As a Business Analytics Analyst , we are seeking an experienced analytics candidate who should be able to perform below behaviors in their day to day role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·An obsession with clients Develop analytical solutions for business issues that are client-centric. A person should be able to design analytics solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of various organizations.

·Analytical Project Management Complete several intricate analytical projects. This would include comprehending the business environment, converting business challenges into models, and putting those solutions into practice in order to generate revenue.

·Statistical mindset mastery of segmentation, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and fundamental statistics.

·Stakeholder Management: Experience managing a number of stakeholders from different departments and geographical areas.

·The competency of project management should include developing a project strategy, delegating tasks, and guaranteeing proper communication.

·Engage in a variety of organizational initiatives, such as training, competency development, and organizational building exercises.

Technical Skills:

·Experience in SQL

·Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling experience

·Experience on working in P&L Forecasting, Product Pricing, Acquisition Strategy projects

·Experience of using Tableau

·Experience of Adobe Analytics (SiteCatalyst)

Relevant Experience:

Hands-on experience in SAS and SQL

·Experience working with large and multiple datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding.

·Strong background in Statistical Analysis.

·Experience in working on Credit Cards, Retail Banking products or any other Domain is fine.
