Job Description
- Responsible for preparing and managing export documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and report any discrepancies
- Utilize Advance Excel and Microsoft Office skills to track and monitor logistics operations
- Work closely with external partners to arrange transportation and customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
- Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the export process
- Support other logistics functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
