Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Visiting on Field: Actively visit potential and existing clients to introduce company services, identify business opportunities, and build relationships.
• Talking to Clients: Engage with clients in person or via phone to understand their requirements, present solutions, and maintain open communication to build strong relationships.
• Generating Leads: Identify and generate new business leads through various sources including networking, referrals, and market research.
• Coordinating with Leads: Follow up with leads through regular communication, ensuring they have the information needed to move forward in the sales process.
• Converting Leads: Work towards converting leads into clients by addressing their concerns, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing deals.
• Sales: Explain to potential clients how our services can meet their needs and provide solutions that align with their goals. Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Finance and Marketing
• Experience: Minimum 0-2 years in business development or marketing.
• Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to effectively talk to clients and build rapport.
• Lead Generation: Ability to generate leads and actively engage with prospects to drive business growth.
• Coordinating with Leads: Proficient in managing and maintaining communication with leads, ensuring they receive timely follow-ups and information.
• Business Development Mindset: A strong focus on converting leads and closing deals.
• Travel Ready: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend networking events.
• Motorcycle & Smartphone: Candidates should have access to a motorcycle and smartphone for work purposes.
