Profile - Sales Associate 

Location - Work from home
Age - Max 35 years
Exp - 6 months to 5 years in ED TECH
Salary 4 LPA + 2LPA Variable
Mondays off after getting full time

Roles and Responsibilities
1) Call NEET /JEE students 
2) Lead Conversion: Achieve monthly enrollment targets by converting inquiries into sales through calls, emails, and events,ensuring 80%+ follow-up efficiency
3) Revenue Growth: Exceed quarterly sales goals for Test Prep and G4-G10 Tuitions, focusing on high-demand regions (APTS, TN,MAH).
4) Relationship Management: Maintain 95% student/parent satisfaction via personalized counseling and post-enrollment support,documented in CRM.

Mandatory 
1) Strong communication skills and an effective sales pitch.
2) Must have a laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
3) No significant career gaps.

Fluency in regional languages  Tamil, Telegu & Marathi along with English.
