Job Title: Associate
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift something around 5:30pm to 3:00 am)
A Two-way cab will be provided (only drop within 30 Km).

Contractual Job : 6 months

Responsible for assisting with back-end operations such as order processing and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat support
- Proficient in the English language to accurately communicate with customers and team members
- Collaborate with front-end associates to ensure a cohesive customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and resolution
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the team and business operations.
