Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Define and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Lead initiatives to build brand awareness and strengthen the company's market presence.
Create and implement effective campaigns to generate leads for IT products/services.
Oversee performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Craft a compelling brand story that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Foster collaboration across departments to align marketing efforts with sales and product teams.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth in the IT landscape.
Leverage analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, media, and industry influencers.
Manage PR activities to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Build and manage a high-performing team of content creators, digital marketers, and designers. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing department.
Provide training and mentorship to ensure team members stay updated on industry trends.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and in the IT/Tech services sector in large to medium enterprises.
