1. Job Description: HR Manager
Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Week Off: 1 day per week
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and expertise)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources for our organization. Candidates with a background in franchise-related companies are highly preferred. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities, from recruitment to payroll management and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:

Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to meet organizational goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Payroll Management:

Oversee the preparation and processing of the company’s payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements, tax calculations, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Compliance & Legal:

Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR compliance standards.
Manage employee documentation, contracts, and legal records.
Office Management:

Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships and office supplies inventory.
Training & Development:

Identify training needs and design development programs to upskill employees.
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in a franchise-related company.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll systems, and compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.
