Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking psychological support, offering immedia
assistance and intervention.
- Facilitate conducting of initial HappiLife assessment to understand clients' needs and concerns,
providing empathetic listening and support.
- Utilize active listening and crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate crises and provide emotional
support to clients.
- Collaborate with senior psychologists and mental health professionals to develop and implement
personalized care plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standard

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or current enrollment as a 2nd or 3rd year psychology bachelor's
student.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals in crisis.
- Compassion, Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
