Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Utilize HR Administration skills to maintain accurate records of candidate information and feedback
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct client handling and communication to ensure positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR
- Participate in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Assist with other HR duties as needed, including performance management and employee relations support
- Support company culture and values through the recruitment process
