Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, business
administration) or equivalent work experience.
Job Description for QMS:
Key Responsibilities: -
Support the Quality Manager in the development and implementation of the Quality
Management System (QMS). - Conduct internal audits to assess the compliance with quality
standards, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes and service delivery meet defined
quality requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address
identified issues and improve processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding quality standards, procedures, and best
practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including customer complaints, to identify
trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of quality reports to management, highlighting
performance indicators and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in management reviews and support the continuous improvement efforts of the
QMS.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations related to quality management
and share relevant information with the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, business administration) or
equivalent work experience.
- Certified Internal auditor for ISO 9001 QMS from accredited certification body.
- Minimum of 06 - 08 years of experience in quality assurance/ control, preferably in the service
industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with
crossfunctional teams and communicate quality requirements.
- Knowledge of corrective and preventive action methodologies and the ability to contribute to
their implementation.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software to document and analyze quality data.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry best practices
