1) Registration of projects and creation of order confirmations in the IT system
2) Control of the exact contractual scope of supply of the project and clarification of any
queries with the line manager
3) Study of the precalculated costing on the basis of the templates and discussion with
the production manager
4) Update of the project costing, continuously during the project and after completion of
the project together with the Financial Controller in form of a post-calculation
5) Review of all technical project specifications and procurement of relevant parts to subcontractors
together with the production manager
6) Ordering all technical drawings from the internal design/engineering team and tracking
of all deadlines
7) Creation of the project structure including the following tasks
a. Entry of the pre-calculated data records into the transaction list (LOT)
b. Enter the project in the list of projects
c. Creation of a project plan in MS-Project and maintenance of the Project-Information
file together with the production manager
d. Update of data at regular intervals of 1 week
e. Supervision of the project liquidity together with the Controller
8) Supplier selection and negotiation with suppliers, placing purchase orders
9) Preparation of the logistics plan
10) Coordination of the project with logistics, accounting, controlling, engineering team,
quality management
11) Coordination of commercial documents together with accounting
12) Timely planning of projects and appropriate forward-looking planning.
13) Creation of a monthly 3-6M preview together with controlling.
