Key Responsibilities:   • Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies that boost revenue from room bookings, banquet events, and corporate meetings. Set goals, develop action plans, and ensure successful execution across all sales channels. • Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead a team of sales executives. Provide guidance and performance feedback to achieve individual and team success. • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and guests. Customize offers based on client needs to secure bookings for rooms, banquets, and corporate events. • Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts to expand the resort’s clientele across all segments. • Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations in response to client inquiries. Negotiate agreements that satisfy client needs while ensuring profitability for the resort. • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, event planning, and culinary, to ensure flawless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and guest preferences. Regularly review sales performance and refine tactics to ensure resort maintains its competitive edge. • Customer Service: Guarantee top-tier customer service from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. • Revenue Management: Set pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to optimize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.   Requirement:   • Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a focus on rooms, banquets, and corporate events, and a proven record of driving revenue. • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. • Experience using CRM systems and sales management software. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events. • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism within the organization.
