Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads to expand the client base.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Present and promote Turgus Media's digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, branding, and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
Schedule and lead client meetings, pitches, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to enhance strategic business initiatives.
Prepare and deliver client proposals, contracts, and presentations that align with client goals and showcase the value of our services.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to help refine service offerings and strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web development, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
