Follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely updating of records and generate MIS reports. 2. Customer Interaction: Provide quotations for products. Address customer queries related to products or other issues. Share shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments. Ensure timely payment receipts as per agreed payment terms. Resolve quality-related complaints promptly. 3. Sales Growth and Customer Retention: Review MIS reports to identify sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise).
