About Us:
We are a dynamic marketing agency offering tailored social media packages to help businesses grow their online presence.
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive Interns to help expand our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
* Make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls daily to potential customers.
* Promote and sell social media packages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to small
and medium-sized businesses.
* Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
* Maintain a detailed database of lead interactions and follow-up activities.
* Close deals and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
* After the first 4 successful sales each month, earn commission on every additional sale.
* Follow up on warm leads and referrals and engage with potential clients through calls or
emails.
* Report daily progress to the sales manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills (English/Hindi or other regional languages).
* Persuasive and able to handle objections.
* Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms is a plus.
