Job Description
- Oversee and supervise the retubing process for heat exchangers and other equipment
- Ensure proper heat and mass transfer calculations are applied during process
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians to achieve project goals on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct technical analysis of equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and other departments to optimize retubing processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control
- Provide training and guidance to staff on retubing techniques and best practices
- Maintain a high standard of quality in all retubing work performed
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in retubing technology and practices.
