Job Description
Mandatory Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience: International and/or Domestic voice process.
- Excellent communication skills, prior experience in call handling, and experience in handling difficult customers and escalations.
- Candidate must be open to working in shifts, including US shifts.
- Candidate must be open to working in rotational shifts, including weekend working.
- Candidate must be available to join on or before 20th January 2025.
- Candidate must be available for an online assessment and an in-person interview this week (starting from 1st Jan 2025).
