Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Purpose:
To establish and maintain relationships with coaching institutes, identify their needs, and provide tailored EdTech solutions, such as online test series platforms and study materials. This role aims to enhance the learning experience for students while supporting institutes in achieving their academic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Identification: Identify and connect with potential coaching institutes and their decision-makers.
Product Demonstration: Present the benefits of our online test series, study materials, and customized solutions to clients.
Needs Assessment: Understand the requirements of coaching institutes and provide the best solutions to meet their needs.
Coordination: Manage seamless pre-sales and post-sales communication and provide excellent client support.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Reporting: Regularly update the sales pipeline and progress to the management team.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 1-2 years in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably in the education industry.
Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Sales and Marketing (MBA completion year after 2020).
Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
