Job Description
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and productivity
- Coordinate and conduct learning and development programs for employees at all levels
- Manage non IT recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
