Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaigns & Activities Execution:
o Support in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline).
o Optimizing campaigns to improve ROI.
2. Digital Marketing and Content management:
o Manage Brand Social media pages, Group postings, content creation.
o Develop and execute targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, consistently generate leads, and promptly share them with the lead manager.
o Create and edit marketing collaterals with graphic design team, including brochures, digital assets, social media posts.
o Maintain database of digital assets like Photos, Videos, PPTs, Customers/clients database, website database.
o Ensure application of brand guidelines and consistency across all content and campaigns.
3. Events/Exhibitions Coordination:
o Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, events and product launches.
o Coordination with agencies and Ensuring readiness of exhibitions/events setup as per the plan.
o Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
4. In-House Marketing activities:
o Organizing monthly activities like digital freak, special days activities, events for internal teams.
o Organizing In-house trainings.
5. Content shoot/Photoshoot:
o Basic Content shoot/Photo/Videoshoot for regular pump dispatches, marketing activities.
o Arranging Customer/Dealer testimonials.
6. Coordination with Finance Team:
o Maintain all RFAs docs (Request for approval) for Marketing Team.
o Invoice collections from vendors/partners/agencies, timely submission of Invoices to finance team.
o Coordination with Finance team for timely payments to vendors/partners/agencies after necessary approval from management.
o Collect monthly ledger from finance team and map the same with Marketing budget.
7. Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, finance, Production, logistics, store and other departments.
o Taking quotes from market/vendors/agencies for various marketing activities.
o Liase with agencies, in-house designers for required creatives and designs.
8. Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, campaigns and report on KPIs such as Engagement, lead generation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education:
o MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
2. Experience:
o 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
3. Skills:
o Strong communication and writing skills.
o Tech savvy and knowledge of social media management platforms.
o Organizing skills.
o Analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
4. Competencies:
o Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
o Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team.
