Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about Qlic Automations products
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide information or resolve queries
- Keep accurate records of all calls made and follow up with customers as necessary
- Meet weekly and monthly call targets set by management
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Work in a team-oriented environment to achieve company goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to phone etiquette and customer interactions
